The Principal
Invictus Made Co. is led by its founder, Christopher Invictus — a Pennsylvania native, an engineer by training — his undergraduate engineering degree in Electronics and Industrial Instrumentation, followed by an M.B.A. — whose career has been spent in security engineering and infrastructure risk, assessing and protecting critical systems for regulated industries. He applies that same discipline to land: rigorous diligence, protection first, strategic persistence. The company has been his since 2017, and Downingtown has been home throughout — the properties we work on are places he can drive to and walk, and the communities are ones he can sit down with, face to face.
